Large trucks are difficult to stop quickly because of their weight and inertia, which can easily lead to traffic accidents. Their blind spots also make them dangerous in pedestrian areas.
Moreover, trucks occupy a wide road space, which can block narrow passages in work zones or residential areas.
To address these challenges, Fuwee Vision has developed an AI-based Truck Intrusion Detection System that effectively identifies and alerts unauthorized truck entry in restricted areas.

2. Product Overview

The Truck Intrusion Detection System from Fuwee Vision is an intelligent video-based recognition solution powered by deep learning and big data analytics.
When a truck enters a defined detection area, the system automatically analyzes the live video stream, captures snapshots, and triggers alarms.
Detection accuracy is ensured by measuring the object’s height — vehicles that occupy more than 1/10 of the image height are identified as trucks.
The system uses existing surveillance cameras, requiring no additional hardware, minimizing cost, and allowing for rapid deployment.

3. Workflow

1. Front-end cameras continuously upload real-time video streams to the system server.

2. The system’s AI engine analyzes each frame and detects any truck entering the restricted area.

3. When a violation is detected, alerts are automatically sent via HTTP push, WeChat notifications, or on-site speaker broadcasts to notify personnel immediately.
